Jeff Sessions And The Rule Of Law

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is publicly testifying today before the Senate Intelligence Committee, adding further drama to the investigation into the connection between Trump’s associates and Russia’s meddling into the 2016 elections. The testimony raised serious questions as to whether the nation’s top law enforcement official is undermining the rule of law. To start, Sessions said he recused himself from the…

‘Twin Peaks': All the Big Questions We Have After Part 6 (Photos)

(SPOILER ALERT: Do not read if you have not watch the first five episodes of Showtime’s “Twin Peaks: The Return.”) At just under 18 hours long, the “Twin Peaks” revival is the longest David Lynch movie ever, so it’s only natural that we’re gonna have a whole lot of questions four hours in. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has accepted an invitation to appear before the Senate Intelligence Committee Tuesday. USA Today reports that Sessions’ testimony is expected to be behind closed doors and to target the Feb. 14 meeting in the oval office in which, according to former FBI Director James Comey, Sessions was asked to step out of the room to leave Comey and the president alone.
