Showtime’s ‘White Famous’ Canceled After One Season

“White Famous” won’t be getting a second season on Showtime. The network has canceled the comedy starring “Saturday Night Live” alum Jay Pharoah just over two weeks after the season one finale aired, TheWrap has learned. Based on the life of Jamie Foxx, the show starred Pharoah as an up-and-coming comedian trying to break into the mainstream. Amanda Davis, Veteran Morning News Anchor, Dies at 62

CBS46 morning news anchor Amanda Davis died on Tuesday after suffering a massive stroke while at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Tuesday. She was 62.
