Woman Fired After She Flipped Off Trump in Viral Photo Sues Ex Employer
The woman who lost her job last fall after she was photographed flipping off Donald Trump’s motorcade is now suing her former employer for wrongful termination and breach of contract. In papers filed Wednesday in the Fairfax County, Virginia Circuit Court, lawyers representing Juli Briskman said that Akima LLC fired Briskman not for her conduct, but because the government contractor “feared retaliation by the president or his administration.” Last October, Briskman was photographed on her bicycle giving Trump the bird as his motorcade left a Virginia golf course. YouTube Shooting Suspect Identified (Report)
The shooter in the deadly attack at YouTube headquarters on Tuesday has been identified, according to law enforcement sources cited by CNN. Nasim Aghdam has been named as the woman who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the attack, CNN reported Tuesday night. Three people were injured in the shooting: a 36-year-old man was in critical condition, a 32-year-old woman was in serious condition and a 27-year-old woman was in fair condition, according to spokesman for Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
