James Bond 25 Distribution Rights Go to MGM Domestically and Universal Overseas

MGM has won the domestic rights to release the upcoming 25th James Bond movie, the company announced Thursday. Universal Pictures will handle international distribution as well as physical home video distribution rights under the arrangement. MGM will retain digital and worldwide TV distribution rights. Daniel Craig will return for the next installment in the action franchise, his fifth (and most likely last) time playing the British super-spy. His previous four films — starting with 2006’s “Casino Royale” and continuing through 2015’s “Spectre” — were distributed both domestically and overseas by Sony. Washington Capitals Advance to Stanley Cup Finals for First Time in 20 Years

The Washington Capitals broke a two decade drought on Wednesday with a resounding 4-0 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 7 of the NHL Eastern Conference Finals.
