(Spoilers ahead for the March 17 episode of “The Walking Dead”) “The Walking Dead” has not generally spent much time exploring what happened during the six-year time jump that occurred in the first half of this season. I assumed, generally, that we were meant to think that it was relatively uneventful. Aside, of course, from Maggie (Lauren Cohan) leaving Hilltop to go hang out with Georgie (Jayne Atkinson). But it turned out there was at least one pretty significant event that took place fairly early on in that time period we skipped over, and that incident is the reason why…

And what about Monica Rambeau. Like every other film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, “Captain Marvel” only loosely adapts from the comic books, streamlining a hell of a lot. It does a fine job of bringing together characters who are only loosely-connected in the comics, and it boasts a strong, diverse cast to boot. But what is the actual history of Captain Marvel? CNN’s Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon held a spirited but civil debate Thursday night over whether guests like President Trump’s counselor, Kellyanne Conway, should be invited on their shows. Conway was a guest on “Chris Cuomo Prime Time,” and during the transition from that show to “CNN Tonight,” Lemon told Cuomo he’s opposed to bringing her on the air because “she never answers a question, she berates you, she’s condescending.” “For me, it feels beneath the dignity of this network to have someone on who just constantly lies and misconstrues things,” he continued. Lemon said he believes that while guests…
