Even a Dictionary Clowned DJ Khaled Over His Comments About His Sex Life
An old interview resurfaced Friday in which DJ Khaled bragged that he doesn’t perform oral sex on his wife, but expects it from her. And after hours of people clowning him online, even Dictionary.com chimed in.
The topic came up during a 2015 appearance on New York City radio station Power 105’s show “The Breakfast Club.” Said Khaled: “A woman should praise the man — the king… And a man should praise the queen.”
“My way of praising is called, ha ha, ‘How was dinner? You like the house you living in? You like all them clothes you getting?’” he continued, before repeatedly saying “I don’t do that” about, well, you know.
When pressed, he defended his position.
“It’s different rules for men. You gotta understand, we the king. There’s some things that y’all might not wanna do, but it got to get done. I just can’t do what you want me to do. I just can’t,” he said.
Khaled became the top trending topic in the United States on Twitter, and remained there for hours. And then came the coup de grace, courtesy of Dictionary.com, which called him the embodiment of the phrase “double standard.”
Double standard. A code containing different provisions for one group of people than for another, especially an unwritten code of sexual behavior permitting men more freedom than women.
