Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson Team Up in New ‘Men in Black: International’ Trailer (Video)

People of Earth, behold. Assuming you’re awake, of course. A new “Men in Black: International” trailer dropped at midnight Thursday, so we won’t belabor the point. Watch it above.

In this London-based adventure, the new recruits tackle their biggest, most global threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black organization. That’s Sony’s description at least. From the looks of this trailer, there are some cute lil’ aliens in this thing too. And some flying cars. But, sadly, no Will Smith songs that sample Patrice Rushen songs. But we can dream. Unless they won’t let us remember. Oh, come on, you know the song.

Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson star as the new London-based Men in Black agents in a spinoff being compared to “Jurassic World,” in that it will take the series in a newer, bigger direction while giving a nod to the previous films and characters in the series. It also stars Liam Neeson, Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall, Rebecca Ferguson, and Emma Thompson.

Directed by “Straight Outta Compton” and “Fate of the Furious” helmer F. Gary Gray and written by Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, Walter F. Parkes and Laurie MacDonald are producing, while Steven Spielberg is executive producing.

“Men in Black International” hits theaters June 14, 2019.
